FAQ-server posting on a specific day of the month

It's an interesting delema. I haven't found a way and I suspect it has
something to do with machine loading. My monthly FAQs are set for a 30
day posting cycle. Now in months with 31 days they would be expected to
slowly creep backwards. They don't because the software determines the
time it should be posted based on the last time posted plus however many
days. But, and this is why mine aren't creeping back, this date it
determines is the date it will be posted "on or around". Typically when
it's the "or around", it is the next day. Then when it goes to determine
the next day to post, it uses the actual date posted rather than the date
that was determined it should be posted on or around.

Now, I have one "Welcome to..." type FAQ that posts on a seven day cycle.
I started it out posting on a Monday. Last time I noticed it was a
Thursday that it was posted. Now it really doesn't matter for me that it
is posted on a specific day of the week.

I would suggest some time in the middle of the month getting it going with
a 30 day cycle. It'll fluctuate a bit but their shouldn't be much creep.
