Nope. These are not the same people. NETguide the magazine licensed or
bought the name from the book people.

I'd prefer not. Michael Wolff, the book person, spammed the net with thinly
disguised ads for the books and a number of dissatisfied ex-employees have
posted negative things about their experiences working there. Wolff's spam,
and his subsequent attempts to justify it, showed little understanding of
Usenet.
