Yes, this is how I HTMLize my FAQs. I maintain my FAQs in plain
text *digest* format and then rely on the Ohio State scripts to
produce an HTML version with a hypertext Table of Contents, and
the Utrecht University scripts to produce a flat hypertext version,
i.e., no hyper TOC. FYI, the Utrecht University FAQs are available
through:

I've also had trouble getting a hold of Tom Fine. For example, a
couple weeks ago I mailed him about some problems in the
news.software.nn archives, but haven't heard anything back from
him. Because of this and also some formatting preferences (*) I'm
converting most pointers to FAQs to the Utrecht University site.
The only time I prefer the Ohio State site is when an FAQ is in
digest format.
(*) A couple things I like better at Utrecht are:
- newsgroups in the Newsgroups header are listed and links
- all FAQs are accessible from any particular FAQ
And here are things I prefer about Ohio:
- Exploding of digests
- linking to RFCs and some man pages
Since there are advantages and disadvantages to each, I've got link
to both of them in my "Sample Writings" Web page
(http://www.jazzie.com/ii/writing.html).
