Related to this topic is the service provided by Tom Fine at Ohio
State that converts the postings to news.answers to HTML form. The BIG
problem I'm having is getting in touch with Mr. Fine to get him to
change the URL to point to the "official" HTML version that I maintain
separately.

I've sent many e-mails, all seem to be dumped by a filter he's
running. I've sent faxes as well, with no response. Short of phoning
the guy up to get some service, does anybody know how to get
maintenance done at his site??
