I do. It took me a long time to determine that I needed one. I resisted
it for a long time, because the reason I keep a FAQ is to make the information
available to anyone who wants to read it. But with all of the cheap-ass
publishers and "authors" out there who are willing to take without either
permission or recompense, I finally decided it needed to be done.
I don't mind if anyone quotes a little bit of my work. And if someone asked
for permission, I'm always happy to give it. But the copyright notice at
least gives me some legal standing, if (Elmer forbid) it ever comes down to
that.
