Then you really *should* include a notice in your FAQ explicitly
granting them permission to do so. It would be best to state your
copyright as well, simply to establish that you *do* have the authority
to grant permission.

Then it's certainly not clear to anyone who might be wondering if they
can reprint or otherwise use your article. If you want to encourage
people to do this, the best way is to dispel all doubts by telling them
exactly what they may do.
