I can't understand this. If you are processing mail from Feb. 18, that
is well after I mailed my faq to you (Feb. 11 this time). I don't know
what happened to my mailing Jan. 13.
I'm reposting biweekly, and most of the group has given up hope that
the faq will be archived unless we find a place to archive it
ourselves. Our major problem in keeping a current fact posted is the
number of sites not honoring Expires: headers and on short expire
times.
