I use the FAQ server, and am very satisfied with it. In summary, you
submit your FAQ to the server via email, and the server posts it on
regular intervals. This is great for me, since I am on the road alot,
and I don't have to maintain any cron jobs on my workstation.

Send email to faq-server@rtfm.mit.edu, with "help" in the subject line.
