Distribution Problems

I have had no end of troubles posting my FAQ from my site. The help
desk people have been only somewhat helpful, in that rather than
fixing a problem with the newsreader, they simply tell me to use
a different one. I've gone from posting my FAQ using MGNR to Pnews
to trn, and now none of those work, and they don't seem willing
to fix them.

I recall that there was a special method of having my FAQ posted by
emailing it somewhere. Can someone tell me about this method? My
FAQ is already a week late, and I am quickly losing patience.
