After your FAQ has been approved by the *.answers moderator team,
you can mail it to faq-server@rtfm.mit.edu with the server commands
in the Subject: field. The command for entering a new FAQ is
ADD password interval [ irregular ]
But before you do this, send an [empty] mail message to the server
with HELP in the Subject: field

I submitted my FAQ for the first time yesterday, and it is already
in the news. Thanks, folks at faq-maintainers@MIT.EDU !
