Make your FAQ widely available

Hi all,

I have found that it helps to make the FAQ available by many methods
and from many sites. This helps because different people have different
levels of access.

For an example of fairly good availability, my ASCII ART FAQ is
available from the following newsgroups, FTP, Gopher, WWW, email, finger:
