Thanks for your list; I've found my FAQ (posted on a de. group) on most of
these servers, too. You might add the following mirror sites to your list:

ftp://ftp.germany.eu.net/pub/newsarchive/news.answers/ascii-art-faq

and, if you want to see a hypertext version of your FAQ,

http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/ascii-art-faq/faq.html

The mail FAQ server mail-server@rtfm.mit.edu should also be mentioned;
just send a mail with
send usenet/news.answers/ascii-art-faq
in the body of the message.

Relating gopher links is a real problem, since the menu numbers keep
changing. I tried one of your links and immediately found a change:
