Well, if it were strictly HTML destined, I'd suggest making a separate page
of mirror sites for the files you mention; that way, they could click
whichever mirror site they choose. An alternative would be to use a form.
Of course, that doesn't help in this particular situation, since the
destination is text, with a nod to HTML.
I suggest mentioning the main site, & make a note of the mirror sites in
one place.
