A copyright notice so terse for a work like this just doesn't make
much sense to me. I would probably start with a notice like

This compilation is copyright (c) 1994 Anthony J. Rzepela.
Copyrights on the individual FAQ submissions are held by the authors
of those documents.

and ask a lawyer for feedback.
