All three have been taken over by netannounce@deshaw.com (Mark Moraes);
we've told him they had expired at rtfm.mit.edu. Not much more we can
do.

We (i.e. the *.answers moderation team) do keep track of when FAQs are
posted, and send status checks to people who don't post them.
When they don't answer, and don't post, we delete the FAQs from the
List of Periodic Informational Postings.

He's got a new account, and he has been in touch with us, so the probable
answer is no.
