All three have been taken over by netannounce@deshaw.com (Mark Moraes);
we've told him they had expired at rtfm.mit.edu. Not much more we can
do.
It's also worth noting that they *are* on rtfm.mit.edu, in
/pub/usenet/news.answers. They're just not available in
/pub/usenet/news.announce.newusers, because the files in directories
other than the *.answers directories are removed automatically when
they are more than ninety days old.
