Not according to my readers. I post an announcment of my faq to about 20
newsgroups and have many users trying to access it. Anytime I've posted
over the 62k limit *several* users claim that the sections over 62k
(including header) did not make it. I have 9 parts to the comp.object FAQ,
and discovered old software that drops 62k parts by noticing the parts that
often didn't get thru were the parts over 62k, not the other way around.
Since my FAQ is read from all over the world, old software is still a real
problem.
