I don't see any further useful information coming out of discussion on
this matter on this list. :) However, I will offer to tally a poll on
what people prefer as a pronunciation. Please reply to me only and
not to the list on which of the below you agree with the most.
Tallied results will be send to the list by Wednesday evening.
(A) I pronounce FAQ <eff-ay-queue>.
(B) I pronounce FAQ <fack>.
(C) I use both pronounciations conversationally without a strong preference.
(D) I pronounce FAQ as neither (A) or (B); I use <fill-in-here>
(E) I hardly ever pronounce FAQ and have no preference.
