I believe Usenet convention dictates that any FAQ List posted to the Internet
is automatically surrendered into the public domain. I don't think you can
assert property rights over that.
However, in the case of the OS/2 FAQ List, there are actually two formats:
plain text and so-called INF format (hypertext viewable on OS/2). The INF
format is, naturally, much more attractive and much nicer to use. I do
assert some control over this version. I ask that anyone proposing to use
the List for commercial purposes please contact me for permission.
