I sent this message to news-answers-request, but it seems people
there is busy,

Yes, we are. We try to respond to messages to news-answers-request
within a week. It has been just about a week since you sent your
message. Patience is a virtue.

You can use it to post any article that has been approved for
cross-posting to *.answers. This seems to be spelled out pretty
explicitly in the third paragraph of the help message:

>Postings submitted to the FAQ server they must be approved by the

Not as safe as Kerberos, no. But safe enough. The passwords are not
meant to provide an ironclad guarantee that the FAQ server is secure.
They are meant to make it just a bit difficult for people to play with
other people's postings, so that they don't do so.

It would not be a good idea for you to use your login password as your
password(s) for the FAQ server.
