With regards to whether it is proper to document other mailing lists
and newsgroups of interest - I say more power to you! From my experience
the explosion of mailing lists that are available make it difficult for
the list of mailing lists to be inclusive - and in fact there are specific
domains that I believe to be intentionally left out - for instance, I
don't believe many if any of the BITNET mailing lists are covered in the
usenet lists, and vice versa.
