Of course, the same is true of ftp, gopher, and WAIS - depending on
someone else's machine is less reliable than depending on your own.
And then, we could take this one step further and indicate that having
the FAQs in hardcopy is more reliable than having them on your own hard
disk - what if your hard disk or cpu, etc. is trashed...
But then, what if someone steals the hardcopy.
So we should just commit all the FAQs to memory for highest reliability <grin>.
