I don't think this is exactly what people are saying. I know what I'm
thinking is closer to "I did this for free, to share, how DARE people
take it to make a profit".
If Walnut Creek are charging more than their production costs for
the CD then what exactly are we supposed to conclude?
I'm really not sure how to think of it, to be honest. Is it
significantly different to a commercial provider charging individuals
for news access so that they can read the FAQs there? What about a
publisher taking all the FAQs, printing them into a book and selling
it as a sort of encyclopedia?
I know that these three situations _feel_ very different. I'm just
finding it difficult to express exactly how, even to myself.
