Doesn't exactly answer the question, does it? Still, you were
fortunate. When I asked the same question about my FAQ, Kelly sent me a
reply consisting of the statement "It's the Internet Info CDROM you're
looking for" followed by the text of the ENTIRE Walnut Creek catalog.

I sent her another note yesterday asking for a simple yes or no answer.
So far, no response.
