I think the auxiliary header should say something more meaningful
than just URL. URL would be redundant if the proposed standard -
i.e. <URL:...> - is adopted. Here's what I'm thinking of using
until there are guidelines:

Hypertext-version: <URL:http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/mail/filtering-faq/faq.html>

We could come up with a set of URL auxiliary headers that people
would use depending on their needs. Here's a proposed set:

Hypertext-version: <URL:...>
Plain-text-version: <URL:...>
See-also: <URL:...>
