In the upcoming months, a super-name replacement for URLs will become
available. It is called a URN, and by using it, one gets the opportunity
to indicate that an item is available on any one of these x number of
servers - why one can even indicate that this version is in Greek,
that one is in Russian, etc. so that users can get the version most
appropriate. This is going to ease the distribution problem.
