Not a bad license, but I wouldn't like to see it made compulsory.

For UK authors, note that you can stick the following on your
document:

<Your name here> asserts the right to be identified as the author of
this work, and claims the moral rights of paternity and integrity, in
accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988.

This gives you extra legal rights under UK law, over and above Berne
Convention copyright rights.

The moral right of paternity basically says that if they copy your
document, they have to state that you're the author.

The moral right of integrity basically says that they can't put the
document in an inappropriate and demeaning context, or edit it in a
slipshod way which would tend to damage your reputation as an author, or
print extracts without indicating that they're extracts.

Note that if you want these rights, you *must* put in a notice like
the one above.

legal claim notice like the above. ]
