Ok, they "stole" my FAQ. Now what?

Thanks, Larry, for posting that information about the Walnut Creek
CD-ROM. I looked at their index and noted that they have included one
of my FAQs (and clearly an old version at that, since it's a single
file, but the FAQ has been multiple files since late 1993).

I do not want my FAQ on their CD-ROM. (My main reason for this is
that the information in my FAQ, Internet sources for weather data,
changes often, and much of the information on their disk is likely
obsolete by now. And with my name on it, guess who gets her mailbox
filled with "This doesn't work!" reports? That's why I also ask
that people not archive the FAQ unless they commit to keeping a current
copy. But I digress.)

I have a copyright notice on my FAQ that prohibits commercial use
without permission. I have not been asked for, nor granted permission
for this FAQ to be used. I have not filed the copyright papers.

What do I do now?
Can I sue? Should I?
Does anyone want to join me?
