My FAQ is on it, too (and I haven't even been maintaining it for
about 9 months). I don't have a copyright on it, and would have
given permission for them to include it had I been asked. However,
given all the discussion here and elsewhere about copyrights, the
Boerne (?) Convention, etc., I am a bit miffed about not having been
asked. For what it's worth, add me to the list of people interested
in seeing that kind of behavior curtailed.
