Just bought a GPX Home theater system chose progressive scan...

Just bought a GPX Home theater system chose progressive scan by mistake cannot see DVD anymore. GPX consumer line is only opened on m-f . Need help how do we fix it

Look at your manual, and use it as a guide. find a page that has a picture of what the screen should look like. Page 34 is a good place to start.
Turn on the player. If your TV is connected using component video, you may also want to turn it on as well. You will be able to see things happening, but it will be scrambled.
Wait for the player to give up loading the disk. Press the "stop" key first, then press the "Setup" key. The screen will look like the first picture on page 34.

Press the "right" arrow key. Press "enter" twice. Your screen probably looks like picture number 5. Press the "up" arrow key. Cross your fingers, then press enter. If you did the sequence right, then the screen will go back to normal. You can then press "setup" to exit again.
