I recently received a parking citation because I was parked in a disabled spot in my apartment complex.  On my ticket, it looks like it was an old book because the person who issued it scratched out the price ($275) and wrote in a new one ($345) and they did it on my carbon copy so the tickets aren't the same.  I checked in my area and what they wrote as the violation price is correct but is it legal to change a ticket like that?
