You'll have to remove the right front fog light and possibly push some rubber shielding aside (behind the fog light) and the drain plug should be at the bottom right corner of the radiator (as sitting in the driver's seat).  Also, if you look under the right front of the car, you should see a hole in the cowl that covers the bumper where the fluid drains out....look straight up the hole....you'll see the business end of the drain.  You'll only need to turn the drain plug approx. a 1/4 to 1/2 turn to get the fluid flowing out. If it's been a while since the fluid's been drained, the drain cock will be hard to turn....and let me add, Chrysler doesn't give you a lot of room to get your hands in there and turn the drain cock.  Good luck.
