only if u have a warm place to keep it and still give it all the attention it needs even if u r busy..... its ur dog , TAKE CARE OF IT!

well, not all dogs especially jack russel terriers like the cold. What i mean by that is some dogs have thick fur some dogs have well... not thick. forget it
