What is the impact of 32kv hi-tension lines on the health and electronic devices like computers. Is it safe to live within 30feet from hi-tention lines?

Sensitive electronic devices should be shielded to prevent damage from and eddy currents from high tension wires.
I have heard of increased Leukemia occurrences in children who are overexposed to EMF.
