This question needs rephrasing.
You cannot add sound files to a C source code file. Why would you want to?
You can write a C program to manipulate or generate sound files. You will need to look up the file format. Try wotsit.org.
You can also write a C program to play sound files. You will need to look up platform-specific library functions.
