i own a rescued saluki ( probable cross). Very saluki in his attitudes and behaviour. I have found he likes a wide variety of food and i feed him oily fish 3x week, a greyhound biscuit and half tin of meat twice a day. He has fresh eggs on his dinner 2x a week, and i occasionally get fresh meat ( rabbit) from a local farmer. I sometimes add in a little boiled pasta/rice. He has very exotic tastes-we had duck egg omlettes with parmesan and italian ham for dinner! Am i missing any food groups out? should i alter his diet in any way-i have recently added a little goats milk at the weekend, which he enjoys, but as i have never owned any hound previously, and as he enjoys being a gourmet i want to make sure he is getting all his nutrition, rather then being spoilt! thanks
