That's not correct.

December 11, 1941 Germany and Italy declared war on U.S.

Japan attacked the US because we were hindering thier industrialization with sanctions because of their aggression in china/manchuria.  This caused them to embrace the southern stratagy in order to procure raw materials.  germany did not want war with the US, but because of the axis treaty they were left with no choice but to declare war on the US.

we went to war with Germany because Hitler and his facist style of government was a  threat to democracy and also because England was already in war with them. Third, they had an alliance with Japan

Are you all kidding me?
The person above me is correct, but I'd also like to point out the most obvious factor.

Germany during WW2 = Nazis.

Germany was taking over everyone, they'd taken a good deal of Europe; on top of Italy, they were attacking the U.S.S.R. when we stepped in, because if they fell then our major allies, Britain, would be left pretty defenseless.
