I have been sued by a creditor. I recently got divorced and am SSI disability and cannot afford to pay this debt.  I have been sued and I'm wondering what they can take.  I own very little furnature and a 1996 ford aspire--which I recently just paid off.  Can they take these items from me and can they tap into my checking account because I get my SSI check director depositied.  PLZZ HELP
