I just adopted an 8 month old Husky. I also have a 9 year old Husky. The puppy is great in the house and listens well but when he's outside he will not stop barking. He has a no bark collar on but doesn't care. The police have been over more than once due to his terrible bark, howl, cry! I was hoping when I put him next to my other Husky that he would learn not to bark. Please help!

Hi! I also had a husky that made a terrible noise. We lived out in the country so it didn't matter as much though. I think the only way to stop this behavior is consistency. Huskys are extremely smart dogs that will get out of doing something they don't want to do if given half the chance so you can't let them them get away with something even once out of 50 times. Also in case you don't already know this huskys tend to roam and,if given the chance to run, may be gone for hours. Huskys love to please their owners though so make sure to take advantage of this. I have a 8 month old siberian husky. I bought him when he was 5 weeks old he is big now but then he was so small. He is very smart. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE 1
