I have a male 7 months old.  I need to know if it is the right time for him to mate.  If so, how can I start looking around for a female?

most registries require that your male dog be at least 7 months old before you breed him. but i wouldn't go solely by this. you know your dog the best, i would wait until you think he is mature enough.

i would definitly wait till he is at least 4 years old.And to look for a female just call people up and see if they are interested. Then see if the dogs like eachother.

A dog at-least needs to be 2 years of age till they mate.Or till mature enough.

A male pup is sexually ready at about 6 months. Obviously you should follow registry policies if you have those intentions, but the male will likely start humping stuffed animals and such at around 6months.
