My previous account was closed for no reason. I received an email, opened it, then closed the email and later on I went to access it and it wouldn't allow me to. A messaged apeared saying that I have appeared to have exceed the amount of times. There are really important things that I kept within that account that I really really need. I need to reopen this account, is there anyway of doing this????
