I am looking for a CD or a recorded instructional tape identifying bass/drums  communications. A language/nomenclature that would assist in helping me communicate with bass/drums personnel and all who play this type of music. Examples such as old R&B, jump music, swing style, blues, double shuffles etc.
Is there a audio product out there that would help me improve?

I need to clearly understand the language used to ID styles or rhythm patterns.
At times when I play with other musicians than my buddies I'll describe a type or style and what I say and what is being played are not what I had in mind....I,m lost sometimes... musicians/drummers have different interpretations and I need help.
             Thank you Mickey McKenzie
