I noticed the Taj now has a circle on the BJ board marked something like "match the dealer". I understand the odds are 3 to 1 for a match of the same rank and I believe 40-1 for a match of both rank and suit. Does the dealer's up card have to match your last card or either of the 2 cards on the initial deal?
