Hi, I am a highschool student, and am doing a project on pyrotechnics for school. I understand the basic principles of a black powder rocket, and also understand that it can carry a load, such as a burst charge into the air with it, and make some cool looking fireworks. What I don't understand is what this burst charge consists of or how to make it. Thanks
