can you list all of the jumps and spins , and tell us how to do them? and a miniclip of someone demonstrating might be nice. lol.... thats what i came looking for... but i found alot of great information along the way, Thanks!

can you tell me how to do jumps and spins in figure skating because i am taking lessons and i want to get moved up. I can do some jumps and spins but not really good so can you tell me how to
