I am an American Expat living in Crimea (35E), Ukraine.

I'm interested in basic English-language programming - BBC World and Prime would be fine.

Can you give me a web link or two to get me started on my research?

I will be moving to Odessa in November.  Do you know of many Americans living in that area?

I am not sure what it is you are looking for, but since I spend a lot of time on the net I will try to help. I also have many questions you can answer about living in Crimea.
