I'm looking for breeders that deal with chihuahua tea cup puppies in the California area but somewhat  close Long Beach

I assume you are aware that the littlest of this littlest of breeds can have extra and expensive problems such as slipping kneecaps, retained teeth and generally are less hardy than their larger breed mates.  I have both a 3 pound and a 5 pound.  The smaller has cost me over $1200 in the past year for dental and hernia surgeries.  I knew this was a possibility when I adopted her, and was willing and able to take on those costs.  As long as you know and accept this going in, there's no reason not to get  a smaller specimen, but no reason also for not getting one a bit larger.  They're just as loving and adorable.

i have a 3lb. chi , i never had a problem with her. she will be 3 yrs. old very soon; the only problem was with her teeth, the baby teeth had to be removed. she is very healthy, and a joy to carry with me . i purchased her from chihuahuas of york, catskill new york.

the tea cup r the cutest but like chimama said they cost u more and if u let them out they r a lot harder to find!!good luck!!

I am looking for a dog breeder in the united kingdom .The chihuahua has to be tea cup size and has to have very short hair blond hair please.I would need the puppy before July or around the end of it by any chance it is for my friend her birthday is at the end of July.Thanks love the dog looker
