We have been trying to have a child since a year without any luck.  My wife's gynae recommended various tests and it turns out that the problem seems to be a very low sperm count (0.2 with low motility).  It seems that IVF is the only option available.  Do you think that I should consult a urologist to see if any of the veins are blocked / take other medication or should we go straight to this procedure ?
