How can I correct high upstream voltage on my wireless DSL connection?
I have readings of 0 dBmV and 29 dB SNR on the downstream and 58 dBmV and 0 dB SNR on the upstream.
I am seeing just the top of the partially hidden tower, and even raised the antennae atop a 20ft pole.
I still get "time outs" and slow connections.

Any suggestions on solving the problem?
