The way trample works is like this. When a creature with trample assign damage to blocking creatures, it MUST assign enough damage to kill each and every blocking creature. BUT, the creature with trample ignores any outside effects, and only tries to kill the blocking creatures by assigning damage equal to their toughness. After this damage is assigned, the rest of the damage is assigned to the defending player.

If you block a 7/7 with 3 normal 2/2s, you MUST assign 2 damage to each of the 2/2s, and then 1 tramples over to the defending player.

If you block a green 7/7 with 3 2/2's that all have protection from green, the 7/7 has no idea that the progreen will prevent its damage, and just tries to kill the guys as normal, assigning 2 to each and 1 to the opposing player.

So in your case, the 1/1 with absorb 1 damage and you will take 6.
